I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), where I conducted my undergraduate research under the mentorship of Dr. Shahereen Chowdhury. My academic and research pursuits lie at the intersection of material behavior and energy interactions, with a strong focus on how these dynamics influence mechanical properties at both micro and macro scales.  Over the past few years, I have cultivated a multidisciplinary skill set that bridges traditional engineering principles with emerging technologies. My core competencies include molecular dynamics simulations, computational material science, additive manufacturing, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), control system design, and machine learning/deep learning for manufacturing optimization. This diverse background has empowered me to tackle complex problems in materials and process engineering with a systems-level mindset. My current research is driven by a strong interest in AI-integrated manufacturing, with a focus on predictive modeling, real-time process control, and defect mitigation in advanced manufacturing environments. I have contributed to projects involving nano-structured surface analysis, condensation dynamics, and AI-based porosity prediction models for laser additive manufacturing. These experiences have deepened my belief that the future of manufacturing lies in combining physics-based modeling with intelligent data-driven systems. In addition to technical research, I value scientific communication and leadership. I’ve led teams on interdisciplinary engineering projects, mentored junior researchers, and presented my work at international conferences. I am also passionate about transforming research into accessible technology—developing innovations that can serve both high-tech industries and resource-limited settings.  Looking ahead, I aspire to pioneer intelligent, sustainable, and adaptive manufacturing platforms by bridging simulation, theory, and real-world deployment—with the broader vision of contributing to global progress in advanced materials, aerospace systems, and space exploration.
